This two-part NCFE Level 1 unit dives into the world of software applications used across various job roles and business functions. You’ll explore not only essential programmes like word processing software and email, but also delve into internet safety, data backup strategies, and data protection measures.

Here’s a breakdown of the key areas covered: 

  • Mastering the use of computer systems, printers, photocopiers, and word processing software 
  • Utilising email for effective communication 
  • Understanding internet safety practices, data backup techniques, and data protection principles 

The courses run from 10am-2:30pm on November 13 & 20.
